Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade – Pay Scale Description
In the salary matrix, Level 7 (Rs. 44,900–1,42,400) includes eligible Central Government allowances.
Note: The following salary and benefits are acceptable at the time of initial appointment:
Basic Pay: Rs. 44,900;
DA: @46% of Basic Pay as of Date;
SSA: 20% of Basic Pay; and c): Rs. 8,980.
(d) HRA (varying from 9% to 27% of base salary, based on posting city classification): X (27%), Y (18%), & Z (9%)
Transportation Allowance: Other locations (Rs. 1800/- + DA on 1800) & Higher TPTA cities (Rs. 3600/- + DA on 3600)
(f) The government’s (14%), or Rs. 6,286/-, contribution to NPS
